I am Luanda, a Brazilian residing in Oslo with my family, and mother of two adorable children.
In my leisure time, I find immense joy in reading non-fiction books, cooking delicious meals, biking, and most importantly, spending quality time with my kids. I find great pleasure in learning from them.
I’m passionate about helping people to improve their well-being. I truly believe my students can enhance their quality of life by practising yoga to handle tension, relieve pain, and conquer anxiety.
I’m industrial engineer and I worked in international business several years, many hours a day, it was pleasurable work but also stressful many times.
Throughout my life, I discovered the incredible power of yoga to alleviate stress. The technique of controlled breathing, meditation, and physical movement had a profound impact on healing my mind. This transformative experience led me to believe that yoga had the potential to change lives, and it became my burning desire to inspire and motivate others to experience the same sense of relief and well-being.
I made the decision to study Yoga philosophy and undergo teaching training at HiYoga, acquiring a 200-hour certification and other trainings, as yin yoga. Since I started, I was asked for my classes from my two first lovely students, Catarina and Sonia, and now I am teaching in many other places.
I feel that I have a lot to learn, and I really enjoy my journey! I could not be more grateful and fulfilled that now my qualification enables me to impart the same life-changing benefits I have personally received from yoga.
